My Story
During over a decade in tech — as a Software Engineer, University Professor of Computer Science, and Engineering Manager — I poured my heart into helping more women break into tech.
But when I had my son… everything changed.
Suddenly, I didn’t want to climb higher.
I wanted to be home.
But I also didn’t want to lose the gifts God had given me — or the income I had worked so hard for.
So I asked the question I now help other moms answer:
“How can I take my tech skills part-time and still make great money?”
Turns out… that was harder than I thought.
I Cracked the Code
— and Then Realized I Had Missed Something
Eventually, after trial and error (and more tears than I like to admit), I landed a contract gig paying me $100/hour!! Working 10 hours a week!
I had done it!
But there was a problem...
The role wasn’t aligned with who I really was.
I had the money… but not the meaning.
I was building someone else’s vision, not my own.
And I wasn’t showing up as the mom, wife, or woman I wanted to be.
That’s When I Found the Missing Keys
I realized I needed more than tech skills.
I needed alignment, boundaries, and a way to create work that supported my whole life — not just my bank account.
That’s when everything shifted.
I created a new path — one where my faith, family, and gifts could grow side by side.
And now, I get to help other moms do the same!!
